The New You Challenge
This is something that I have created for myself because I was having such a horrible problem with Binging. It is an attempt to slowly get back down to mainly striating and fasting. The picture below shows dates next to each calories but you can easily change those to Day 1, Day 2, etc. if you wanted to do it too. I will also try to make a new one that has Day 1, Day 2, etc. instead of those dates. Also I will be recording my progress and uploading a new progress photograph each and every week I am doing this.
