There are two different types of the Skinny Girl Diet. The original which consists of calories between 200-700; and the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet which consist of calories between 900-1150. The Healthy Skinny Girl Diet is better for someone starting out with a higher calorie amount. Both are great ways to loose weight effectively.
This is the Original Skinny Girl Diet. This diet triggers weight loss by keeping your calorie intake low any switching up you calories to try to trick your metabolism. The last day is a fast.
